Fruity-spicy... mellow... remarkably structured
A rosé whose degustation and salmon-coloured appearance recall the crazy dance of the interwar period.
Types of grape: Cabernet-Franc, Syrah, Sangiovese
Classification: Rosé IGT TOSCANA
Vineyard: Selection of Cabernet-Franc, Syrah and Sangiovese in all vineyards according to location and ripeness.
Vinification:
Picked by hand in September. The grapes are separated and left in the closed press for approx. 8-10 hours. Afterwards they are softly pressed and, after desilting, fermented at 19°-20°C. In order to lend the wine a good stability, it is matured on the yeast for as long as possible.
Degustation:
Fruity wine (peach) with a full body. Characterised by a certain softness in the mouth and a moderate acidity. Good finish.
Optimal drinking temperature 8°-10°C. Suitable for fish, salmon, poultry, white onions, grilled sausages... for cheerful summer night parties!
